Written on the 22 February 2018 by Kevin Conolly
Member for Riverstone Kevin Conolly is pleased to announce that commuters travelling late at night will benefit from the expansion of the N71 NightRide bus service to operate seven days a week between the Sydney CBD, Blacktown and Schofields.
"New and extended NightRide bus services are being introduced to better meet the changing travel needs of commuters and support the evolution of Sydney as a 24 hour city," said Mr Conolly.
"Changes have been made to route N71 with services set to run seven days a week between the Sydney CBD, Blacktown and Schofields from 1 March, which will include stops at Quakers Hill and Schofields stations.
"Services to Richmond continue to operate on during the early hours of Friday to Sunday mornings with stops at stations from Riverstone to Richmond."
New NightRide timetables will also be introduced on all routes, with adjustments to operating times on some NightRide services to better align with late night and early morning train services.
Changes will come into effect from 1 March and customers are encouraged to plan their journeys at www.transportnsw.info.
