NIGHT WORK ON WINDSOR AND OLD WINDSOR ROADS

Member for Riverstone Kevin Conolly today advised motorists of planned changes to traffic conditions from next week on Windsor Road and Old Windsor Road at Kellyville, Rouse Hill and Kellyville Ridge due to essential road maintenance work to be carried out.

The work will involve removing and replacing asphalt as well as repainting road markings to provide a safer road for motorists and reduce the need for future ongoing maintenance.

The work will be carried out at the intersections of Windsor Road and Samantha Riley Drive at Kellyville, Windsor Road and Rouse Road at Rouse Hill and Old Windsor Road and Windsor Road at Kellyville Ridge.

To minimise the impact to motorists, work will be carried out for around 10 shifts from Tuesday 18 July to Tuesday 22 August between 8pm and 5am, excluding Saturdays and weather permitting.

Traffic control and lane closures will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the direction of signs and traffic control.

"I wish to thank motorists and residents in advance for their patience and understanding while this essential road work is being carried out" said Mr Conolly MP.
